Barzakh
Barzakh is the realm between death and resurrection, where souls await the Day of Judgment. The righteous experience peace and blessings, while the wrongdoers may face torment.
Qur’an: “…And behind them is a barrier (barzakh) until the Day they are resurrected.” (23:100)
